Gelekt beleidsstuk van Israëlisch ministerie stuurt aan op etnische zuivering Gazastrook
Grijpt Israël het conflict met Hamas aan om alle Palestijnen vanuit de Gazastrook naar de Sinaï-woestijn te verdrijven? Die optie valt in elk geval terug te lezen in een gelekt beleidsstuk van het ministerie van Inlichtingen en geldt daarin als beste optie.
Binnen de Israëlische regering circuleert een voorstel voor de massale en gedwongen uitzetting van alle Palestijnse burgers vanuit Gaza naar de Sinaï-woestijn in Egypte. Volgens de tekst, die is opgesteld door een relatief klein ministerie met weinig invloed, zou zo’n scenario het best zijn voor de veiligheid van Israël en burgerdoden moeten voorkomen tijdens de grondoorlog met Hamas. Voor de vluchtelingen zouden in de Sinaï tentenkampen moeten verrijzen. Deze moeten op termijn plaatsmaken voor echte steden en er moet een ‘steriele’ bufferzone met Egypte komen, waarmee het uitgesloten wordt dat Gazanen terug kunnen keren.
De lokale Israëlische nieuwswebsite Sicha Mekomit wist de hand te leggen op het beleidsstuk, waarna het uitlekte naar andere media.
Het is opgesteld op 13 oktober, een week na de bloedige aanval van Hamas. De authenticiteit is door zowel het betreffende ministerie van Inlichtingen als door de regering van premier Benjamin Netanyahu bevestigd.
Zijn kabinet doet het af als een ‘conceptplan’ met een hypothetisch karakter.
De plannen – hoe rudimentair ook – versterken in het hele Midden-Oosten de angst dat Israël aanstuurt op een etnische zuivering. De Jordaanse koning Abdullah II sprak van een ‘rode lijn’ die niet overschreden mag worden. ‘Geen vluchtelingen naar Jordanië, geen vluchtelingen naar Egypte.’ Aan Palestijnse kant bestaat de vrees voor een herhaling van de ‘Nakba’ – de verdrijving van naar schatting 700 duizend Palestijnen door Joodse milities in de maanden rond de stichting van de staat Israël.
Die vrees wordt verstrekt door de rabiate taal van Israëlische beleidsmakers. Minister van Defensie Yoav Gallant sprak van ‘menselijke dieren’ waartegen zijn leger vecht, terwijl premier Netanyahu een spreuk uit de Joodse Tenach aanhaalde, waarin God de Israëlieten oproept in een oorlog tussen goed en kwaad niemand te sparen.
‘Allemaal verdrijven’
Danny Ayalon, oud-ambassadeur van Israël bij de Verenigde Naties, zei tegen Sky News dat Palestijnen ‘zullen moeten vertrekken, zodat we hun levens kunnen sparen’.
Op X schreef de vicevoorzitter van het Israëlische parlement Nissim Vaturi: ‘Nakba? Verdrijf ze allemaal.’ Een ultrarechtse denktank publiceerde een vergelijkbaar voorstel, maar haalde dat na een storm van verontwaardiging offline. Het feit dat Israël Gazanen heeft opgeroepen massaal het noorden te verlaten en te schuilen in het zuiden van de strook, wordt door sommigen als een omineus voorteken beschouwd.
Dat neemt niet weg dat de kans van slagen voorlopig erg klein is. De Egyptische regering van president Abdel Fattah al-Sisi is er faliekant op tegen, niet alleen omdat het land in de ogen van de Arabische wereld (en de eigen bevolking) daarmee medeplichtig zou worden aan een ‘tweede Nakba’, maar ook vanwege de eigen staatsveiligheid.
In een toespraak op 18 oktober zei Sisi dat de oorlog tussen Israël en Hamas zich in zo’n scenario naar de Sinaï zou verplaatsen, wat hij tegen elke prijs wil voorkomen.
Het Israëlische ministerie van Inlichtingen (niet te verwarren met de inlichtingendiensten) staat onder leiding van een partijgenoot van Netanyahu en werkt in het beleidsstuk drie verschillende scenario’s uit, bedoeld voor een toekomst zonder Hamas. De eerste optie is om de Palestijnse Autoriteit (PA), nu alleen de baas over de Westelijke Jordaanoever, naar Gaza te halen om daar de scepter te zwaaien. In een tweede scenario gaat het bestuur over naar niet nader genoemde ‘Arabische leiders.’
‘Geen hoop op terugkeer’
Het derde voorstel (massale verdrijving) is volgens het stuk het best uitvoerbaar en levert de beste ‘langetermijnresultaten’ voor Israël op.
Voor de inwoners van Gaza zou een campagne moeten komen ‘om hen te motiveren dit plan te aanvaarden’ en ‘duidelijk te maken dat er geen hoop is op terugkeer. [...] De boodschap moet zijn: Allah heeft ervoor gezorgd dat je dit land kwijtraakt vanwege het leiderschap van Hamas – er is geen andere keuze dan naar een andere plaats te verhuizen met de hulp van je moslimbroeders.’ Ook op de bezette Westelijke Jordaanoever leeft de angst voor een etnische zuivering: Joodse kolonisten hebben daar pamfletten verspreid, waarin ze Palestijnen dreigen te verdrijven naar Jordanië.
Nieuw zijn deze ideeën overigens niet. Kort na de Zesdaagse Oorlog (1967) moedigde Israël ook al honderdduizenden Palestijnen aan uit Gaza te vertrekken. Er kwam weinig van terecht. In 2010 stelde Netanyahu volgens de toenmalig Egyptisch president Mubarak een landruil voor, waarbij Caïro een stuk van de Sinaï op zou geven voor de opvang van Palestijnen, om een strook land aan de zuidwestkant van Israël te krijgen. Mubarak weigerde.
Er zijn aanwijzingen dat Netanyahu’s regering op de achtergrond opnieuw druk uitoefent op Egypte. Sisi zit met een economische crisis, waar Israël gebruik van hoopt te maken, bijvoorbeeld via schuldenverlichting. Volgens bronnen van de Financial Times heeft Netanyahu EU-diplomaten gevraagd op Egypte in te praten. ‘Hij drong er behoorlijk stevig op aan dat de oplossing bij Egypte lag en dat Gazanen in elk geval voor de duur van het conflict daar moesten worden opgenomen’, aldus een diplomatieke bron van de krant.
De Amerikaanse regering pleit al weken voor een ‘humanitaire corridor’ die het voor Palestijnen mogelijk moet maken desnoods te vluchten.
Volgens critici geeft het Witte Huis daarmee impliciet groen licht aan Israël om zijn gang te gaan. President Biden verklaarde er echter alles aan te zullen doen dat Palestijnen niet ‘verdreven zullen worden naar Egypte of een ander land’.

Exactly this very horror-scenario has been predicted by me from the memorable seventh of October 2023 onwards.
For Netanyahu and the security services in reality never ever had been spectacularly overlooking all the warning-signs in plain sight, for everyone to see, in the days preceding the "Hamas Attack"
At the contrary : The attack had not only been observed in great detail during the preparation of it by Hamas and its allies, but Netanyahu and his government had eagerly awaited the moment when Hamas had struck.
Netanyahu cum suis could not have missed any detail of all the preparations by Hamas of the attack, because the Gaza Strip had - since long time - been monitored in great detail by Israel, by way of a huge electronic network on the ground and a huge network of state of the art spy-satellites in space; apart of course from the grewsome and cynical exploitation of the workings of the Pegasus technics and the like.
Only by allowing the attack to happen, his extreme right government would be able to obtain "the golden God-given opportunity", to organize a Nakbah 3.0 and build a completion of the so eagerly awaited mono-ethnic Eretz-Israel for-Jews-only to be inhibited.
Do keep in mind, that the Zionists had been planning of taking over Palestine long before Herzl wrote his "der Judenstat : Ein Versuch einer modernen Loesing der Judenfrage."
By the way, the term of Zionism has been derived from the Jewish Alyah and Birthright myths : The right to "Return to Sion"
Which does bring me to the entire network of biblical myths, that had been invoked by the Zionists, to inspire (to seduce) European people from the Jewish religious persuasion, to start taking "the Right to Return to Sion" most literally.
Myths like "Gods Covenant" with "His Chosen people" to "Return" to "The promised Holy Land"
Other myths had been applied as well, such as the Myth, that the contemporaneous Jews, would be genetically connected to the antique inhabitants of "the Land of Milk and Honey" that had been supposed to exclusively be reserved for the people, that before had been enslaved by Egypt, and liberated by their supreme religious leader Jaweh, and led by his servant "Moses" through the desert.
Moses, who himself would have been led by a mysterious divine cloud, leading all the way to Canaan, queer through the Red Sea, that for this special occasion, had split itself open miraculously, in order to lead through the Chosen People to the promised Land.
The Promised Land of Canaan / Mesopotamia where the Chosen People only had to dance in trance around the ancient city of Jericho, to reach full possession of the city and all its rich belongings.
Only to be driven out of the Promised land by the Romans some time later.
A process of expulsion, that supposedly spread "The jewish People" all over world, forced to live their lives "In the Diaspora".
In this way, the Myth of a Jewish Race - formed by the inexplicable, for almost magical existence of a special Jewish Gene (*) took off, in order to be rereleased as a leading story at the second half of the 19th century, used to convince the Jewish congregation "in exile", that they could return to "the Land of their Ancestors"
(*) The myth of "The Jewish Gene" however, had been successfully debunked during 1990ths by the Jewish academic Zoosmann-Diskin, after Shlomo Sand systematically and thoroughly debunked the myths of the ancient Jewish People, by demonstrating convincingly, that the contemporaneous Jews, in fact did stem from proselyted Jews.
The Zionists as they
called themselves at the time of Herzl, undertook all kind of political action
around the globe, in order to finally realize the objective of taking over
"The Promised Land of Israel".
Chaim Weizmann for example, tried to convince the then Ottoman Rulers of Palestine, to hand the Jews the keys of Palestine.
When he did not succeed in convincing the Ottoman Rulers, he then approached the UK government of the Day, under PM Loyd George (who before his PM-ship had been leading a Law Firm, already taking care of many Zionist judicial cases.)
He finally succeeded of having a promise released by the UK war cabinet that had been called "The Balfour Agreement" which at least seemingly, did contain something like the vague and heavily conditioned Promise of the "Foundation" of "a Jewish Homeland" in Palestine.
He could only have done so, because the UK had been at (a hardly winnable) war with Germany, Austria-Hungary and Turkey at that time, and he, in return did promise, to apply all his influence in the USA, to have the Americans persuaded, to enter WWI at the side of the Allied Powers, the UK and France.
The UK however, by formulating this Balfour Agreement, did hugely neglect the fact, that it already had made a sacred commitment by way of their general McMahon, that - during long negotiations between July 2015 till February of 2016 - had made a Pledge to the Palestinian Leaders of the day, that they could be independent after WWI, if and when day would help the Allies, to beat Ottoman Turkey from its colonial possessions.
Not only had that occurred, but the UK and France had also made (in May 1916) a secret Pact with each other - called the Sykes-Picot agreement - to part up between each other Arab-Palestine and the surrounding Arab countries such Syria and Lebanon.
Then came the Great Paris Peace Conference of 1919 and again Zionist Jews had made themselves invited over there in quiet some prominence and even succeeded in brutally formulating some of the crucial "recommendations" and "proposals" for the post-WWI world-order of the ME.
The Zionists even took care of the provision of the Jewish Herbert Samual from the UK, to be appointed as the first LoN high commissioner of the class A mandate of Palestine.
After WWI, USA isolationism again appeared in the forefront, and in spite of the fact, that Woodrow Wilson had presented a detailed 14 Points Plan to end colonialism for once and for all - a plan constructed in 1917 by 150 academics - that was not at all compatible with the Mandate construction of the LoN.
The LoN namely had planned to have the UK at the lead of the Palestine mandate - the only thing that he did accomplish had been the establishment of the so-called King-Crane committee.
That Committee had been tasked with the examination of the public opinion of the inhabitants of Palestine about the willingness and readiness and capability for a structure of self-determination. But the results of this survey had never played any part in any deliberation about a free, independent and self-determining Palestine.
The conference of San Remo (April 1920) and the Treaty of Sèvres (August 1920) came and went, and the end result had been, that Palestine came under the rule of the UK mandate holder, to be only provisionally prepared for its independence in 1948, when the mandate period should end officially.
As soon as the early twenties arrived, the Zionists had been starting with deliberately importing sixty-thousand east European Jews into Palestine, in order to start the process of altering the demographic balance of Palestine in their advantage.
The Zionists - purposely initiated by the Eretz-Israel revisionist Zeev Jabotinsky, who led his Mussolini inspired Bétar-youth parading on the Wailing Wall, while screaming, that all the sacred Buildings at that place would exclusively belong to the Jews - in 1929 started to destabilize the UK mandate authority, by deliberately provoking the so called Hebron massacre.
Afterwards he successfully negotiated the promise by the UK mandate holders, that the Zionist jews would be able to run their own security troops in Palestine, thus laying the foundation of a Jewish military force in Palestine...
The second half of the thirties, the Arabs again did organize a revolt against the colonial regime of the UK in general and against the massive import / influx of allochthonous Jews in Palestine in particular.
This revolt led to another White Paper (from the Peel committee), that did promise the Palestinians, that the import of Zionist jews would be drastically limited by the UK.
The motives behind that White Paper are said to have been originated by the need by the Allied Forces of that time, of gaining the assistance of "the Arabs", in order to help them to expel the occupying German troops (Rommel) from North Africa.
In turn the Jewish nationalists did seek to change their tactics, in introducing a number of |Jewish terror groups (such as the Lehi, The Irgun, The Stern-group and the Palache).
These terror-organizations - partly under the leadership of the later PM's Shamir and Begin - did use bombings of busses and marketplaces, attacking the King David Hotel and to kill (November 1944) the UK high commissioner Monye, in order to terrorize the indigenous population and to derail the UK mandate ship.
These Zionists terror groups even had a group of representatives collected in London at that time, waiting for orders to have the famous Wartime leader Winston Churchill killed.
These Jewish terror groups at a certain stage got hold of the help of a pro-Zionist UK Officer named Orde Wingate, who eagerly instructed these organizations in the hit-an-run tactics of guerilla warfare and many other military knowhow, that has been gratefully applied by the Zionists during the so-called War of Independence medio 1948.
What was called the war of independence in reality has been an enormous operation of ethnic cleansing, whereby the indigenous Palestinians had been forced by terror and murder by the hands of the Zionists, to be driven out from their own territory and expelled to Jordan and other neighboring States.
From the perspective of the Palestinians, this process of ethnic cleansing can only be described as the equivalent of the racist Jew supremacist concept, called : The Great Replacement.
The main objective of this process - whereby the terrorized and hunted down and after autochthonous (native) Palestinians systematically had been forcefully replaced by Zionist Jewish immigrants - had been the establishment of a mono-ethnic nationalist Jewish State.
This process of massive expulsion of the native Palestinians by Zionist Jews - is continuing until this very day, and what is happening in the Gaza Strip, is another violent phase in that process.
Pay Attention : All these practices of Zionist malice, murder and molest against the native population of Palestine had been the subject of a yearly subsidy by the USA of billions of dollars, in spite of all the "criticisms against "The Israelis" by a great variety of USA presidents and ditto members of Congress.
In this very respect I may call into memory the quotation of the pathological Christian Zionist, former head of the CIA and former secretary of State Mike Pompeo, who even recently had been screaming from the pulpit, that Israel - because of their biblical claims (!) - can never be called an occupying state....
