[UK] Admiral Lord West : "I was told in 2002 we were invading Iraq" 

but he never had been invited by the Chilcot inquiry to testify about his (very early) prior knowledge of (and logistical preparation for) the then not yet officially declared war to Iraq by the US and the UK.
